I began my career as a software engineer in the healthcare technology sector, spending years building and analyzing revenue cycle management (RCM) systems to handle clinical data and complex billing workflows. Later, as a software consulting business owner, I learned firsthand the exact operational hurdles of running a small business—from balancing overhead to managing team payroll.

During my time in health-tech infrastructure, I watched great platforms and promising clinics stall out before they could scale simply because their underlying financials were chaotic.
